Will Laborde: “I am a member of the Cajun French Music Association, Baton Rouge chapter. We have monthly authentic Cajun dances once a month at the UCT Hall. They are open to the public. It is a family setting as kids and teens are also invited to learn to dance and appreciate the music. It is NOT a bar scene though low alcohol beverages are sold. There are numerous birthday parties and anniversaries are held at our dances. It is a non-smoking facility. We hold these dances to continue the art and culture of Cajun dance. We also have teach free dance lessons with paid admission one hour before each dance.”
